Aaaaand we finally arrived for the royal event of the #AwardsSeason. Yes, the 87th Academy Awards Gala was held on yesterday evening with awesome dresses and responsible, awaking speeches.
In sum, I can tell you that the winner colors of the #RedCarpet were champagne and nude. Many celebrities wore these neutral tones with beautiful designs although these aren't in their seasonal color palette or they could wear more radiant shades. However it makes a great opportunity to color their dresses again! My similar post was really popular too.
I was very pleased to see green gowns - one of my fave color and a couple of glamorous red and pink frocks. However pastel colors won last night ⎯even the colorful dresses were icy or light shades.
So here are my 20 + 2 photos about my best dressed ladies. And while you browse the photos scroll down and listen Lady Gaga's amazing performance! Her voice and look was a dream :)
My top five includes Rosamund Spike in a pretty lace red Givenchy dress. She finally wowed us with a simply elegant and romantic design, perfect look for a Warm or Clear Spring seasonal color woman.
Jenna Dewan-Tatum in an extremely chic and pretty white and sparkling Zuhair Murad gown. Zuhair Murad's name is guaranty for a breathtaking gown like this one -could be an awesome wedding dress as well. Daring but elegant at the same time, great design for Winter seasonal color women. I especially love the harmony between the silver glittering embellishment and the jewelery.
Gwyneth Paltrow chose a pale pink -great Light Summer color- Ralph & Russo Couture dress with pretty floral detail. So similar shade to her iconic Oscar look from 1999 when she won her first little golden statue.
Really like the design of the dress, classic and romantic, a typical Light Summer outfit.
Lupita Nyong'o wore a fabulous pearl! Calvin Klein Collection gown. She surely can wear these kind of interesting designs. Simply love it and I don't need to mention how the true white color emphases her pretty skin tone. Beautiful Deep Winter woman with great taste.
And finally, Jessica Chastain is also in my top five group with her glamorous midnight blue Givenchy gown. The color is great such as the cut that shows her perfect hourglass figure. I like that she added only a thin necklace and wore her hair in an easy way to direct all the attention to her fascinating dress.
